Since childhood, The Grateful Lotus founder Kristy Olney has dedicated her life to searching for the connection of Source and Light. In May of 2020, Reiki found her and she attained Usui Reiki Master-ship level IV over the following year. Later in 2021, Kristy became a Certified Meditation Teacher.

Since heeding the call of Reiki and beginning to regularly practice Meditation, Kristy has dedicated herself to helping others feel more connected and fulfilled through these modalities. In 2021, she founded The Grateful Lotus in Gardnerville, Nevada knowing every human being has a beautiful light within just waiting to shine. Often though, external stresses can block us from unlocking our full potential. As a level IV Reiki Master and a skilled Meditation Teacher, Kristy works with you to dive deep and explore, unleashing your true vibrancy and joy.
