Improving your outlook on your life will in turn, improve your life. I am a firm believer that we create our reality, and it is so simple for one bad event to become a cycle of bad events when our mindset is focused only on the negative.
We will discuss how to break the cycle of negativity, how to use affirmations to raise your frequency, and what you can do daily to increase your level of gratitude.

Gratitude is a process, and a practice. You must practice gratitude consistently to begin to see results. If you leave this workshop and do not continue to practice gratitude, nothing is going to change. Nothing changes if nothing changes.
